Event: A Christian Response to the Holocaust (An educational viewing and panel discussion):

April 28, 2014 at 6:30 PM in Washington DC at the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center.
U.S. Congresswoman Donna Christensen will host a Holocaust Remembrance Day commemoration highlighting the humanitarian efforts by a devout Christian, the late diplomat and first U.S.
Ambassador to Israel James G. McDonald, who helped rescue Jewish refugees and warned world leaders about the threat from Hitler. The event will include the debut of “A Voice Among the Silent: The Legacy of James G. McDonald,” a 53-minute documentary by Shuli Eshel, and a panel discussion with Congresswoman Christensen; Dr. Barbara McDonald Stewart (McDonald’s daughter); historian Dr. Rafael Medoff; and the filmmaker.
